2. Overview
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to operate this website, answer enquiries and process orders, or where another legal basis applies. We do not use any analytics or marketing services, tracking cookies or advertising networks.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes the data on our behalf.
Each time the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed and stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, status code, previously visited page, and browser and operating system.
The purpose is to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure and functioning website. The log files are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes.
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
4. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies, in particular for the cart and the checkout. They are deleted at the end of the session or after a short time. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; no consent is required for this.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details, in particular your name, email address and message, in order to answer your enquiry. Messages from the contact form are delivered to us by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Orders
For orders, we process the details from the checkout: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, items ordered and the chosen shipping and payment method. No customer account is created.
We use this data to perform the contract, to inform you about your order and to process the payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We retain order and invoice data for as long as commercial and tax retention obligations apply, generally up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The shop system also stores, for each order, the IP address and browser used to place it, in order to prevent misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Shipping and payment
For delivery, we pass your name and delivery address on to Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany. For shipments to countries outside the EU, the details required for customs clearance are transmitted to the competent authorities. No data is passed on for local pickup. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For payment by bank transfer, we receive the details of your transfer from our bank, i.e. name, account details, amount and payment reference. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
8. Online withdrawal function
If you use the “Withdraw from contract” function, we process your name, your email address, the order number, the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of receipt in order to handle the withdrawal and send you the legally required acknowledgement of receipt. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 356a BGB, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
9. Fonts and links
Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to Google servers is made. We do not embed any videos, maps or social media plugins.
The reference to our Instagram profile is a simple link. Only when you click it are you taken to Instagram; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is responsible for the data processing there.
10. Recipients
Your data is only received by the recipients named in this policy and by persons we commission with the technical maintenance of the website, insofar as this is necessary for maintenance and backups. We only transfer data to countries outside the EU and the EEA if you request a delivery to such a country (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
The details in the checkout are required to conclude the contract; without them we cannot process your order. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
